United States Domestic Shipping Policy  

We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders. At this time, we only ship within the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

 

International Shipping Policy  

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we plan to expand to international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!  

 

Processing and Delivery Times  

-Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. 

-Domestic Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders are expected to arrive within 5-8 business days.* 

*NOTE: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thekillertee.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
