We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To use our self-service option follow the instructions below
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go directly to customer accounts.
1. Log in to your account:
a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six- digit verification code included in the email.
c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Alternatively, you can start a return by filling out the return request form and submitting it. We’ll contact you with the next steps as soon as possible.

Zero! Customers do not pay anything to return items.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at info@thekillertee.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and work towards a solution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal is also available for secure and convenient checkout, as well as Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta, and Venmo. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery, but we understand that changes may be needed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@thekillertee.com to see if adjustments can be made. Please note that once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Click the link provided to track your package in real time. You can also log into your account on our website, navigate to your order history, and click the tracking number for details.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section. This will display current progress, from order processing to shipment.
Will I receive a receipt for my order?
Yes, after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your receipt and order details. You can also access and print your receipt through your account at any time.
How much is shipping?
We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders with no minimum purchase requirements. At this time, we only ship within the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Can I expedite my shipping?
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we plan to expand to international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
Will I need to sign for my package?
Signatures are generally not required for deliveries. However, the delivery driver may require a signature at their discretion for certain packages.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original purchase and placing a new order for the desired item.
